Am I entitled to a refund?

If Velusso have to cancel a trip for any reason we will provide a full refund to our guests, however certain charges apply to those wishing to withdraw from a previously booked trip.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 90 days before travel. A deposit of 40% is required to secure a booking and a reminder will be sent instructing guests how to pay their full balance. Velusso only ask for the full balance to be paid up front if a booking takes place between 0-90 days before travel.
