FAQ: Making a Booking

Can you guarantee every trip will run?

We require a minimum number of travellers to facilitate each of our tours. As long as the minimum requirement of bookings is met then we will run the tour.

If we absolutely must cancel a trip due to low enrolment, we will make every effort to do so at least 45 days prior to the start of the trip and a full refund will be issued. We will make every reasonable endeavour to run the tours as advertised, however in some circumstances where this may not be possible, we will ensure practical alternatives are offered to our guests.

What time is check out?

Check out from Velusso accommodation varies based on trip type and on the group’s travel arrangements. These timings are made clear upon booking.

For those departing outside of our recommended departure times, we ask guests to arrange their own transfer to the airport.

What’s not included in the price?

Flights, trains and personal travel insurance are not included in any of our tours.

How much will a Velusso experience cost?

Prices of our trips vary dependant on itinerary, destination and add-ons.

A non-refundable deposit of 40% is payable on booking confirmation and the full balance is due 90 days before departure. Velusso only ask for the full balance to be paid up front if a booking takes place between 0 – 90 days before travel.
